B&B Biutiful is a warm and welcoming house, in a panoramic and strategic position in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. If you stay with us for a few days, you can visit wonderful places (the Cento Laghi park, the Cinque Terre, the castles of the Duchy, the Masone labyrinth, Parma...), discover the ecological and sustainable dream of our small farm , enjoy the garden in the company of dogs, cats and chickens... and maybe treat yourself to a foot reflexology treatment!
THE ACCOMMODATION
A beautiful and rustic mountain house, totally autonomous but with the advantage of having the hosts available in the same structure.
The house: two modular bedrooms (double or single beds), two bathrooms for exclusive use, a large room where you can read, eat, play and have fun, a spacious and equipped kitchen. Upon request, an attic is available where you will find four additional beds, a space with a desk for working or studying, an area suitable for yoga or meditation.
The garden: a beautiful pergola equipped with tables and chairs with a breathtaking view of the Grontone valley, approximately two thousand square meters totally fenced, deck chairs for relaxing and sunbathing, a large vegetable garden and a greenhouse in which we grow our delicious vegetables.
The barn: a large covered space with exposed stones where you will find a ping pong table and table football... the ideal place to stay when it rains!
ACCESS FOR GUESTS
On the property there is a large space where you can park cars, motorbikes and campers. The keys to the accommodation are available to guests, who can return independently at a time they prefer.
Check-in time is from 3.00 pm and check-out is by 10.00 am. We are often at home and love to receive our guests in person, but we also have a self check-in box, to guarantee you maximum autonomy in the event of your late arrival or our commitments away from home.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We are available to guests for any questions, both via the Airbnb app and by telephone. We speak good English and reasonable Spanish.
During your stay, for specific needs you can knock on our door, look for us in the garden or call us: we believe in human and warm hospitality, while mutually respecting privacy between hosts and guests.
ATTRACTIONS
Our house is located in the beautiful Parma Apennines, on the Cisa state road: a historic road with spectacular views, traveled on foot and by bicycle by pilgrims on the Via Francigena and by motorcyclists who go as far as the sea at the weekend.
As mentioned, from here you can easily reach some suggestive tourist attractions: the Devil's Falls, the Cento Laghi park, the medieval historic centers of Berceto and Pontremoli, the wonderful sea of the Cinque Terre or Versilia...
Biutiful is also an ideal stopping point to enjoy a food and wine holiday, in search of small producers of excellent food and wine, or to go in search of porcini mushrooms in the high Taro valleys.
Or you can simply stop with us for a few days, to discover sustainable living practices, characterized by simplicity, slowness and sharing.
Compatibly with the rhythm of the seasons and the things to do every day, we like to share our life project with guests who wish, taking them to visit the fields, the garden, the vegetable patch and the various ecological safeguards: the solar panels , the wood boiler, the water accumulations, the greenhouse etc.
For guests interested in enjoying an individual wellness space, Rossana is a foot reflexologist and upon request can give you one or more personalized treatments (€35 for approximately 50 minutes): an opportunity to relax and listen to your body.
For a minimum of four people, we give the opportunity to book a delicious tasting dinner prepared with our products (Azienda Agricola La Rosdora) and other zero kilometer ingredients (including local wines and beers). If you are interested, we ask you to kindly let us know in advance, so that we have time to draw up the menu, procure the ingredients and transform the products. The cost is €30 per person. You also have the possibility, by requesting it in advance, to book breakfast, which is also good and genuine: the cost is €6 per person for the continental breakfast and €10 per person for the savory breakfast.
