The accommodation is in a former farmhouse, on the ground floor with views of the surrounding countryside; the house consists of a large living room, two double bedrooms -with a personal bathroom- and a kitchen opening onto a terrace, with an old wood-burning oven, equipped for dining and a solarium.
The 'dependance' is an old "masseria", renovated, located on a hill 5 kilometers from the sea, "the coast of the trabocchi", and from cities of historical and artistic interest such as Lanciano, Ortona, Guardiagrele. Guests can spend a pleasant stay alternating days at the beach with mountain hikes and trips to nearby historical centers; the tranquility of the place also allows you to enjoy an effective 'vacation' of relaxation. Located in a countryside planted with olive groves and orchards, the house has a private entrance and parking space. The building is rustic and furnished with 70s design furniture and modern furniture; the accommodation consists of two double bedrooms, with a personal bathroom, a large living room and a kitchen open to a terrace equipped for meals and relaxation.
Guests can enjoy garden and orchard products, different for each season, and children can use a playground with swings and slide.
On request, a breakfast, a snack or an aperitif with typical local products can be prepared!
The house includes sheets, towels and natural products for the toilet as well as pans and dishes for the kitchen and a welcome kit of own production.
