The path runs in the Natural Park in the southwest and along the north shore of Lake Mützel which opens a spectacular view of the countryside. Thanks to the good quality of the water, the lake provides a habitat for many rare and protected plant and animal species. The other 20 small lakes, ponds, marshes and wetlands that are along the route, are home to many dragonflies, fish and beavers.
We head east along Stobber, an oasis of untouched nature. From the path, you can see directly from the field of the structures built by beavers. Special "stairs" at the former mills allow free access to their rearing and reproduction area.
Every season is a special walk on this path! A trip in the Kneipp resort of Buckow and Waldsievershof are recommended and offers many attractions.
