The Boschetto apartment is located on the first floor of the farmhouse, has independent access and offers an enchanting view of the countryside and the surrounding landscape. Un antico borgo rurale recuperato in modo ecologico nel cuore de Le Marche, circondato da verdissime colline, da meravigliosi profumati frutteti e dalla natura del fiume Aso.

Un'antica casa colonica, immersa nel verde della natura marchigiana, circondato da vigneti e da un frutteto di circa 3 ettari, con coltivazioni tradizionali e varietà di frutta antiche.
Potrete scegliete tra diversi appartamenti, recuperati secondo i principi della bioedilizia, arredati con stile e dotati di ogni confort, che offrono magnifiche viste sui frutteti, sui boschi e gli incantevoli borghi medievali che si trovano nei dintorni.
A disposizione degli ospiti:
- un'ampia piscina immersa nel verde della campagna marchigiana;
- la sala colazioni, un ambiente in pietra con un meraviglioso camino, ed una grande cucina attrezzata che è possibile utilizzare accordandosi con i proprietari.;
- una biblioteca con grandi finestre da cui apprezzare il sole, scorci della piscina e del verde circostante;
- la cantina, in cui è possibile degustare vino, olio, conserve di pomodori, frutta sciroppata, marmellate;
- un parco giochi immerso nella natura per i più piccoli, con campo da calcio e da basket.

Vicino all'agriturismo scorre il fiume Aso, e la sua piccola spiaggia fluviale di sassi immersa tra gli alberi renderà il tuo soggiorno indimenticabile. Percorrendo il percorso vita che collega l’Agriturismo La Curtis alla spiaggia vi troverete catapultati in un’oasi di pace; cullati dal rumore del fiume che scorre placido, dal canto degli uccelli che nidificano nel boschetto, vi immergerete in un contatto autentico con la natura.
L’Appartamento Le Ripe è ideale per due persone ed è composto da una cucina soggiorno, dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici, e da una camera da letto matrimoniale con vista mozzafiato sui campi e sulle colline circostanti e da un bagno rivestito con pregiate ceramiche mosaico di color sabbia. Dalla camera da letto potrai accedere direttamente ad un piccolo giardino privato con vista sui frutteti e sul boschetto della tenuta.
L'appartamento Boschetto si trova al primo piano della casa colonica, ha un accesso indipendente e offre un’incantevole visuale sulla campagna e sul panorama circostante. Dotato di tutti i confort, è ideale per due persone o una coppia con bambino in quantonella camera matrimoniale vi è un confortevole letto singolo. Ha un arredamento moderno e lineare e dispone di un luminoso bagno con wc, doccia e bidet, rivestito con tessere mosaico color arancione. La particolare attenzione ai dettagli e ai particolari rende l’ambiente confortevole e rilassante.

Per garantire il rispetto dell’ambiente ed il benessere dei nostri ospiti, tutti gli alloggi sono stati isolati acusticamente e termicamente. L’energia necessaria alla struttura viene prodotta da pannelli fotovoltaici posti sopra al gazebo della piscina. Il riscaldamento e l’acqua calda vengono prodotti con la combustione di biomasse.

Le foto da cartolina dell'agriturismo (che corrispondono in tutto alla realtà) basterebbero per giustificare un soggiorno. Quello che non si può vedere in foto è la generosa accoglienza dei proprietari e la cura per la promozione della socialità che la famiglia ha deciso di dare: un valore aggiunto impagabile per qualunque tipo di ospite.

Personalmente spero che la parti "Agri" dell'agriturismo, che sta vivendo un passaggio generazionale e rischia un ridemensionamento, resista e rimanga la connotazione principale di questo posto spettacolare.

Abbiamo trascorso 5 gg bellissimi presso l agriturismo Curtis! La famiglia e super gentile, appartamento comodo e con tutti accessori necessari. A rendere più gradevole il soggiorno la piscina impeccabile da cui si gode tutto lo spettacolo dei colli circostanti.

L'Agriturismo La Curtis è un'oasi di pace, la bella ristrutturazione ha valorizzato le antiche case coloniali facendone un posto ideale per una vacanza di relax tra la natura. Vincenzina e Angelo sanno accogliere gli ospiti e consigliare sulle bellezze da visitare.
L'orto super fornito e gli alberi da frutto rendono il soggiorno green tra le dolci colline.

Soggiornare in questo agriturismo è come stare a casa. Vincenzina, Angelo e il resto della famiglia sanno creare un clima familiare e divertente. Il posto è meraviglioso e un punto strategico per raggiungere mare, montagna e i paesi incantevoli delle Marche. La piscina pulitissima ha un panorama mozzafiato. Una vacanza indimenticabile :-)
